Refund Policy
We’d like you to be completely happy with your purchase, so, if you’re not satisfied with an item, you can receive a full refund for up to 30 days, given that:
Live Courses: You can request a refund if you are not happy after the 1st and 2nd sessions of the course.
Exam Simulators: You’ve not taken more than one simulated exam.
Official Exams: You’re not registered with the examination institute yet.
Please note, due to Malaysian Government expansion of Sales and Service Tax (SST) scope, any enrolments received after 1 March 2024 will now be subject to 8% SST.
